An Independent Business Operator is a verified member of the Ghostable Holdings network. After you apply and pass compliance review, you become a verified operator with access to the dashboard, financial tools, a monthly participation stipend, and the referral program.

There are two programs based on residency: the United States program and the Venezuela program. Each has its own identity and address requirements tailored to that region. You select the program that matches where you live during the application.

There is no separate sign-up purchase to start an application. Ghostable Holdings earns through a platform service fee on qualifying activity (2.5%) and standard transactional fees, all listed in the Fee Disclosure. Review the Fee Disclosure for the full, current breakdown.

The application is a guided, multi-step wizard: choose your program, enter your personal information, confirm your address, upload identity documents, provide recent bank statements, then review and sign the agreements before submitting. Your progress is saved as a draft so you can return and finish later.

The two programs collect different identity and address details to match local requirements. The US program is built for US residents and asks for US-specific identification and a US address, while the Venezuela program asks for the documents relevant to residents there. Pick the one that matches your country of residence.

You'll need a government-issued identity document and proof of address, plus recent bank statements (typically the last three months). You can upload statements as separate files or as a single combined PDF. The exact list is shown on the documents step of the application based on your selected program.

After submitting, you can track your application from the status page in your account. Statuses include Draft, Submitted, Needs Info, Approved, and Rejected, so you always know where you stand in the review.

"Needs info" means the compliance team needs additional or clearer documents before they can finish reviewing your application. Open your application, follow the prompts to upload the requested items, and resubmit. Providing clear, legible files speeds up the review.

Applications go through a manual compliance review, so timing depends on completeness and volume. Submitting accurate information and legible documents the first time is the fastest path. You'll be notified as your status changes, and you can always check the status page.

Applications can be rejected when identity or address documents can't be verified, information doesn't match across documents, or eligibility requirements for the selected program aren't met. If you believe a rejection was a mistake, reach out to support with the details.

Verified operators can earn through a monthly participation stipend plus referral bonuses for bringing active members into the network, subject to eligibility and program terms. All amounts are tracked in your earnings ledger so you can see exactly what you've earned and when.

Verified operators who meet the eligibility and activity requirements can receive a monthly base participation stipend. The amount, qualifying conditions, and program terms are shown in your dashboard and described in the legal disclosures, and they may change. The stipend is separate from any referral earnings.

Each verified operator gets a unique referral link to invite others. When someone you refer becomes an active member, you earn a recurring referral bonus for a limited number of months per referral. You can share your link or invite people by email from the referrals page.

Your personal referral link lives on the referrals page inside your dashboard. From there you can copy the link to share directly or send email invitations to people you'd like to bring into the network.

Pending earnings are amounts that have been recorded but not yet finalized, while posted earnings have cleared and are reflected in your available balance. Your earnings ledger separates the two so you can see what's confirmed versus what's still processing.

Go to the Payments page in your dashboard, make sure you have a verified bank account on file, and request a withdrawal. Requests move through Pending, Processing, and then Completed (or Failed) status, and your available balance updates accordingly.

Yes. Withdrawals have a minimum request amount of $100, and there's a daily limit on how many requests you can make. Your available balance is calculated from your cleared ledger entries minus any pending or completed withdrawals.

On the Payments page you can add a single bank account (checking or savings) for ACH payouts. For your security, account and routing numbers are masked in the app and only the last four digits are shown after you save them.

New bank accounts start as Pending until the admin team reviews them for compliance and name matching. Once reviewed, an account becomes Verified or Rejected. You can only withdraw to a Verified bank account, so adding it early helps avoid delays.

A bank account can be rejected if it can't be verified or doesn't meet compliance checks, and a reason is recorded with the rejection. Review the reason, correct the details, and add the account again so it can be re-reviewed.

Banking is powered by Slash Financial, Inc. together with FDIC-insured partner bank(s). Ghostable Holdings itself is not a bank — it provides the network and tools on top of that regulated banking infrastructure.

You can sign up with an email and password, which is the same account you'll use to apply and access your dashboard. After signing up, you'll be asked to verify your email before you get full access.

Email verification protects your account and confirms you can receive important notifications. After signup, a verification link is sent to your address; until you confirm it, login is blocked for new credential accounts and you'll see a reminder with the option to resend the email.

First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing, use the "Resend verification" option on the login screen or in your security settings to send a fresh link. Verification links expire after a period for security, so request a new one if yours has lapsed.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to request a reset. You'll receive a secure link that's valid for a limited time; opening it lets you set a new password. For your safety, resetting your password signs out all of your active sessions.

Yes. Two-factor authentication adds a verification step at login, and you can manage it along with your active sessions from the security settings in your dashboard. Enabling it is strongly recommended for protecting your earnings and personal data.

Your security settings show your active sessions and let you sign out of devices. Sessions are also invalidated automatically when you reset your password, so you stay in control of where your account is logged in.
